Our 2012 Referral Rewards Program with the motto “Pay It Forward” has been very successful so far! Thanks to the support of our fantastic clients and agency friends, we’ve been able to donate hundreds of dollars to local charitable organizations. This month, in preparation for fall and the holiday season, please join us in raising funds for the Volunteers of America Everett Food Bank.
Here’s what to do: Simply refer a family member or friend to our agency for an insurance proposal. When they call us, you receive a $25 Costco Gas Card as a token of our appreciation. In addition, for each referral during the month of October, we will also make a $10 donation to the Everett Food Bank.
The Everett Food Bank is feeding Over 3,000 households each month in Everett. It serves families, children, seniors, and disabled individuals who reside in the Everett area.
The Everett Food Bank also offers a Holiday Basket Program. For many local families, the long rainy winter months are the most difficult time of the year. Adding to their difficulty is the fact that the holiday season arrives and these struggling families are without food or gifts to celebrate the season with their family.
This is where the Holiday Basket Program comes in: It’s a project that connects private sponsors with families, children, seniors and people with disabilities for holiday food. The success of the program is based on the generosity of our community members, and each year we witness inspiring acts of generosity and kindness that sustain many into the new year.
